Integration of SEPHORA brand into the Circle of Light Moscow International  festival, sponsored by Ile de Beauté

Goal

To develop  a sponsor integration into the Circle of Light Moscow International festival 2018

 

To create a light show that will be an announcement of the grand opening of Sephora stores in Russia and presentation of five exclusive cosmetics brands brought to Russia.

Idea

Sephora opens the doors to the world of fun. It swirls us into a whirlwind of charm of new brands and open new edges of beauty

IMPLEMENTATION

    • Development of a creative concept
    • Writing a script of the three-minute projection mapping show demonstrated on three facades at the same time (Bolshoi Theatre, Maly Theatre and Russian Academic Youth Theatre)

 

    • Implementation and supervision
    • Preparation and technical support on site
    • Permit coordination

 

  • Media support: placement on Central Telegraph media facade and five LED screens in the center of Moscow city; posting in festival social nets and logo placement on the official  festival website lightfest.ru

Result

    • The light show was watched by 980 000 people

 

    • Average exposure rate was four and more times per contact

 

  • Total coverage – 16 500 000 contacts
